Shipping Policy

We provide free standard shipping on Prepaid orders. All orders are typically dispatched within 3-4 business days (Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm PST). Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and order size. Due to the custom and handcrafted nature of our products, there might be delays in dispatch. We understand that this is a rare occurrence, and we ask for your patience and understanding as we work to get your items to you as quickly as possible. At this time, we only offer shipping within Pakistan. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future to serve customers worldwide.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all Pre Paid orders. Standard delivery charges are 240 Rs. For customize order delivery charges depends on size of neon sign. Large signs delivery charges costs more.

Returns

  • Return Due to Change of Mind: We do not accept returns on customized products as they are made to your specifications. However, we will replace the product if it arrives damaged. Return shipping will be at the customer's expense, and the customer is required to arrange their own shipping. Once the return is received and accepted, refunds will be processed as store credit for a future purchase. Please note, we will refund the value of the goods, but shipping charges will not be refunded.

  • Warranty Returns: Customers will need to pre-pay for return shipping. Upon receipt of the item for a warranty claim, we will process your warranty claim within 7 days. Once the claim is confirmed, a replacement or repaired item will be sent to you on a case-by-case basis.

Delivery Terms

  • Transit Time Domestically: Domestic shipments generally take 6-8 business days

  • Dispatch Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 5-6 business days. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays, when shipments may be delayed.

  • Change of Delivery Address: You may change the delivery address at any time before the order is dispatched.

  • P.O. Box Shipping: We ship to P.O. Box addresses using postal services only and cannot offer courier services to these locations.

  • Items Out of Stock: If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock item(s) and dispatch the remaining order.
  • Delivery Time Exceeded: If the delivery time exceeds the forecasted time, please contact us for an investigation.

Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking link to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Parcels Damaged in Transit

If a parcel is damaged during transit, please reject it from the courier and contact our customer service. If the parcel is delivered without your presence, please reach out to customer service for further steps.

Duties & Taxes

  • Sales Tax: Sales tax is exclusive the price of the goods displayed on the website.

  • Import Duties & Taxes: For international shipments, import duties and taxes may apply. These can be pre-paid during checkout, or paid separately upon arrival. Pre-paying duties and taxes will help avoid delays at customs and facilitate faster delivery. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival, the goods will be returned to us at your expense, and a refund will be issued for the value of the goods, minus return shipping costs. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or exchanged once they are placed.

Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss or damage up to the value stated by the courier.

  • Process for Parcel Damaged in Transit: We will issue a refund or replacement once the courier completes their investigation into the claim.

  • Process for Parcel Lost in Transit: We will issue a refund or replacement once the courier confirms the parcel is lost after their investigation.
