Refund Policy

• All our products are custom-made and manufactured on order. We do not offer any refunds or accept any returns for custom order products.

• If the goods arrive damaged, the buyer is required to notify both the delivery agent and us within 24 hours in writing, including photographic or video evidence of the damage to the goods and associated packaging for verification. Failure to comply with this request and timeframe will void our obligations regarding damage claims.

• Due to the hand-rendered nature of the goods, variations and slight discolorations may occur. Some differences in color can also be the result of differences in computer screen and printer calibrations. The buyer acknowledges that these variations and discolorations are not considered defects, and accepts the possibility of such occurrences.

• The buyer is required to inspect the goods upon delivery and notify us in writing within 24 hours if there are any alleged defects, shortages in quantity, or damage. The buyer must provide us with an opportunity to inspect the goods within a reasonable time following delivery. If the buyer fails to comply with these provisions, the goods will be conclusively presumed to be in accordance with the terms and conditions and free from any defects or damage.
