Refund Policy

At Neon Lightup, every piece is custom-made with care to bring your vision to life. Because each order is uniquely created for you, we do not offer refunds or accept returns for custom order products.

Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify both the delivery agent and Neon Lightup immediately.

Your claim must include written notification along with photo or video evidence of the damage to both the product and its packaging.

Failure to provide this information within the given timeframe will void our obligation to replace or repair the product.

Product Variations
All our neon products are hand-rendered, which means slight variations and minor discolorations may occur.

Differences in color may also happen due to screen display settings or printer calibration.

These variations are not considered defects, and the buyer acknowledges and accepts the possibility of such occurrences.

Inspection Upon Delivery
Please inspect your order upon delivery.

Any defects, shortages, or damages must be reported in writing within 24 hours of delivery.

You must allow Neon Lightup the opportunity to inspect the goods within a reasonable time after notification.

If these conditions are not met, the goods will be deemed to be in perfect condition and in accordance with our terms.
